Our Registered Dietitian, Brooke Tresch, RD, adds another dimension to our dining program by working with our campus community to encourage healthy lifestyles and to help individuals become more comfortable in their dining environment at Shenandoah University. Brooke is Allertrain and ServSafe Certified. She has extensive experience in medical nutrition therapy from her previous work in clinical dietetics. She is available to all students for free nutrition counseling, as well as to help students navigate the dining halls with a variety of disease states and allergies/food intolerances.
